This no-pressure session is a chance for us to virtually meet face-to- face and discuss what’s on your mind, your goals for therapy, and any questions you might have about the process. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable and supported as we explore whether we’d be a good fit to work together.

Individual Therapy (50 min)

Whether you’re facing specific challenges or simply seeking personal growth, I’ll work with you to understand your unique experiences and help you navigate life’s ups and downs. Together, we’ll build a deeper sense of self-awareness and develop practical tools to move forward with more confidence and clarity. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative.

Couples and Family Therapy (50 min)

Couples and Family therapy offers a safe, judgment-free space where each individual can feel heard and understood when sharing their perspective. We will identify patterns in your relationship that may be contributing to conflict or disconnection, work to break unhelpful cycles, and foster healthier communication. Whether you're navigating conflict, seeking deeper connection, rebuilding trust or working through life transitions, I look forward to helping develop a renewed sense of connection.

Sliding scale fees are available for Individual and Couples Therapy. Please inquire to discuss further.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often will we meet?

Therapy sessions can be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, tailored to your needs and adjusted as needed based on availability. Currently all sessions are conducted via telehealth.

What if I need an unscheduled session?

I believe in the importance of taking time to build a strong foundation and establish meaningful rapport to support lasting progress. For this reason, 'as-needed' sessions are available only to clients who have completed at least three months of consistent therapy. These sessions can be helpful if you need support between your regularly scheduled appointments or if you've transitioned out of ongoing therapy but would like an occasional “tune-up.” Availability for these sessions is limited to ensure the best quality of care.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance; all sessions are private pay. This allows me to provide the highest level of personalized care, without the restrictions or limitations imposed by insurance companies. This flexibility ensures that we can focus fully on your goals and needs throughout the therapy process.

How can I reach you if I am in crisis?

Please be aware that my services are not designed to address immediate crises or emergencies. If you are in crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or in need of urgent mental health support, please contact 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or reach out to a 24-hour crisis hotline such as the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988. While I am here to support you in your therapeutic journey, I may not always be available for immediate assistance outside of scheduled sessions. Your safety and well-being are the top priority, and it's important to seek help from emergency services in critical situations.

Do you work with children?

I work with clients age 13 and older. Younger children may be included as part of a family therapy session, but individual sessions are only available for teens and adults.

What is a RCSWI?

A Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) is someone who has completed their Master's of Social Work (MSW) and has chosen to now pursue independent licensure as a clinical social worker. While working towards this goal, they practice under the supervision of a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). This supervision ensures that the intern receives guidance and support as they gain the necessary experience and skills to become fully licensed and practice independently.
